Purchase of this ticket acknowledges that I (and my children and spouse if applicable) fully understand, accept, and assume the heightened and inherent risks (including bodily injury and death) of participating in agritourism activities at the SCFR, LLC (aka Sycamore Creek Family Ranch) property. On our behalf and on behalf of our heirs, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we agree to and shall defend, indemnify, release, discharge, and hold SCFR, LLC and their respective directors, officers, employees, and members, harmless from any and all liability, damages, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees, howsoever and by whomsoever caused, to any person or property at any time on any date while in, on or about the SCFR, LLC property whether arising from any act, omission, or negligence of Guest, or any of Guests’s family members and other visitors at the SCFR, LLC property; or from any building improvement, new construction, or other appurtenance or property, whether known or unknown, being out of repair. We accept responsibility for our personal conduct in all areas of the SCFR, LLC property and facilities, agree to adhere to all rules and guidelines while on the property, and accept full responsibility for all damages, expenses and losses we may incur. REPRESENTATION OF AUTHORITY: By signing this waiver on behalf of Guest's immediate family members, whether those family members are their spouse or minor ward; the guest signing this waiver represents to SCFR, LLC that they are fully authorized to execute this waiver on behalf of that minor/ward and/or spouse and has consent of such minor/ward and/or spouse to do so. Please list all immediate family members you are signing for on the line below. WARNING: Under Missouri law, there is no liability for an injury or death of a participant in a registered agritourism activity conducted at this registered agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of such agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, but are not limited to, the potential of you as a participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death and the potential of another participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this registered agritourism activity.

Purchase of this ticket communicates my agreement to allow use of my image (and those of my family) in marketing related to SCFR, LLC whether that be videos, e-mail blasts, social media, magazines, websites, and general publications. Purchase of this ticket also acknowledges that I waive the right to disapprove or approve the final content now or in the future, and my waiver of any right to compensation and royalties.
